With more than 10 years in the field and a Bachelor's in Mine Engineering from Penn State University, Brendon has managed mine planning and site progression for many complex projects, including one of the largest limestone quarries in the United States.
Brendon's vision and strategic insights have driven exponential growth for OPPSCAT and helped develop the company into the industry leader it is today.
Ryan Bailey

With more than 23 years of experience in the field, Ryan has overseen some of the largest contract mining and excavation projects in the United States and has developed operational standards that have become best practice in the contract mining industry.
At OPPSCAT Ryan has leveraged his experience and his ability to coach and develop employees to build the best contract mining team in the country.

Chief Operating Officer
With more than 28 years of experience in
heavy excavation and mining, Sam has
developed teams with best-in-class safety
standards and high productivity throughout
the United States. Sam has managed
complex projects and teams of up to 500
people and 30-35 million CY annually.
